1. Information We Collect
- Account details: full name, email address, mobile / WhatsApp number and password.
- Profile details: nationality, current location, preferred job category, job title and location, experience, education, skills and languages.
- Payment details: order ID, amount, payment method, transaction ID, date and status. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Contact enquiries: information you send through our contact form.
2. CV & Certificate Files
Your CV and certificate files are not permanently stored on the MasarDubai.ae website server.
When you upload a document, it is validated (file type and size), sent directly as an email attachment to the designated MasarDubai HR / company email address, and the temporary upload is then removed. Your dashboard only records that your CV and certificates were submitted and the submission date.
Copies received by email are handled by the MasarDubai HR team for recruitment purposes only.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your candidate account.
- To recommend vacancies that match your category, location and experience.
- To process your AED 99 plan payment and send receipts.
- To share your profile with employers for relevant vacancies.
- To respond to your enquiries and send important account notifications.
4. Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout page and are never received or stored by MasarDubai.ae. Stripe handles your payment details under its own security and privacy policies.
5. Confirmation Emails
We send automatic emails for account registration, CV / certificate submission and payment confirmation to you and to the MasarDubai admin team.
6. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share candidate information only with prospective employers for recruitment, with service providers who help us operate the website (such as email and payment providers), or where required by law.
7. Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption and limit access to personal data to authorised staff. No online service can be 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can update most details yourself in Dashboard → Settings.
